Free content accessed on our website, including recipe collections and informational articles, is not subject to this Refund Policy as no payment is involved.

3. Refund Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the timeframe within which the request is submitted:

Digital Educational Products

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded. Substantial access is defined as viewing more than 25% of the content or downloading associated materials.

Programs and Challenges

Full refunds are available if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. After the program begins, partial refunds may be available as described in Section 8, calculated based on the portion of the program remaining.

Consulting Sessions

Full refunds are available for cancelled sessions when cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Personalized Plans

Full refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if the plan has not been customized based on additional information you provided after the initial order. Once customization revisions have been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within the applicable timeframe for the product or service category
  • The request includes the original order number, purchase date, and email address used during checkout
  • The reason for the refund request is clearly stated
  • The product or service has not been used beyond the access thresholds described in Section 3
  • The purchase was made directly through shouldereliminat.world and not through a third-party reseller

We review each refund request individually and reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions or that we determine to be submitted in bad faith.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, purchase date, and product or service name
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the following processing timelines apply:

  • Review period: 3 to 5 business days from receipt of the complete refund request
  • Approval notification: Sent via email upon approval or denial of the request
  • Refund issuance: Processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval
  • Bank processing: An additional 3 to 7 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or as cash unless required by applicable law.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Program or challenge cancellation after the start date but before completion — refund calculated based on unused portion
  • Digital product access exceeding 25% but less than 50% — 50% refund of the purchase price
  • Consulting session rescheduled more than once — 50% of the session fee retained as a rescheduling fee, remainder refunded if cancellation is requested
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased digital content that we are unable to resolve within 5 business days — prorated refund based on duration of inaccessibility

Partial refund amounts are determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances of each case and communicated clearly in the approval notification email.

9. Program Cancellation by Shouldereliminat

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a scheduled program, challenge, or consulting session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons. When we cancel a paid service:

  • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service
  • Notification will be sent via email at least 7 days before the scheduled start date whenever possible
  • You may alternatively choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session of equal value at no additional cost
  • Refunds for operator-initiated cancellations are processed within 5 business days of the cancellation notice

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at touch@shouldereliminat.world before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through our internal refund process.

If a chargeback is filed while a refund request is being processed, we will provide the payment processor with documentation of our refund policy, your purchase records, and any communication related to your request. Chargebacks filed in bad faith or for purchases that do not meet refund eligibility criteria may result in suspension of access to our services.
